Pricing FAQ

Are there any transaction fees?

Standard payment processing fees from your POS provider (Stripe, Clover, or Square) apply. QRmesa does not add any additional transaction fees on top of your processor's rates.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free for all plans. We'll help you get connected to your POS, create your tables, and generate QR codes at no additional cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current billing period will remain active until its end date.

Do I need new hardware?

No. QRmesa works with your existing POS system and any printer for QR codes. Guests use their own phones — no tablets or terminals needed.

What happens if I exceed the Starter plan table limit?

We'll let you know when you're approaching the limit and help you upgrade to Professional. Your service won't be interrupted.
