Pricing FAQ
How does the per-transaction fee work?
You pay a small fee — a few cents plus a small percentage — on each payment a guest completes through QRmesa. The percentage is calculated on the bill amount before tip: we never take a cut of your staff's tips. Payments taken at your terminal as normal are never charged.
How am I billed?
Automatically, through your Clover account. QRmesa fees appear as a line on your regular Clover statement — no separate invoices, no card on file with us, nothing to remember to pay.
Do you charge fees on tips?
No. The percentage portion of our fee is calculated on the pre-tip amount only. Tips go to your team, untouched.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is free for all plans. We'll help you get connected to your POS, create your tables, and generate QR codes at no additional cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Uninstall the app from your Clover dashboard at any time and fees stop immediately.
Do I need new hardware?
No. QRmesa works with your existing POS system and any printer for QR codes. Guests use their own phones — no tablets or terminals needed.
